Early LP covers had a black & white photo on the front with red lettering, and several different coloured backs including:

Orange back version - [r=5384670 
Green back version - (this one); see also [r12796885 (which in common with those listed above has the Island credit at the bottom middle of the back cover).

Later issues had added a green tint on the front picture and a green back (green tint cover - [r=3288697).

The early covers also have different manufacturer credits on the back cover and label. There are thought to be at least 11 different cover variations.
