Comments: I don't think this has been played. Was statically stuck to inner sleeve and like a mirror! Sleeve has a few signs of shelf wear on seams but nothing heavy at all. Amazing copy.

Notes:

The Purple Tape is the name given by fans to the Pixies' original 17-track demo tape, recorded at Fort Apache Studios in March 1987 by Gary Smith, due, quite simply, to its mostly purple appearance. Eight of the tracks were released in 1987 as the band's debut, Come on Pilgrim and the remaining nine were released under the title Pixies in 2002 by Cooking Vinyl.
